Laser Pipe Cutting Machine
Advanced CNC laser pipe cutting machines are deployed in the frame production line to realize fully automated precise processing of frame raw pipes. Different from traditional saw cutting with rough cuts and large dimensional tolerance, laser cutting delivers micron-level accuracy, and can finish complex processes such as cross-cutting, angle cutting, hole punching and intersecting line cutting in one process.

Pipe Bending Machine
It can process round tubes, square tubes and special-shaped pipes used for frames, maintaining uniform wall thickness without damage to the pipe surface. All bent components feature unified radian and precise size, which greatly improves the assembly fit of the whole vehicle frame, reduces assembly gaps and assembly difficulty, and further enhances the overall structural rigidity and aesthetic performance of finished vehicles.

Robotic Welding
All vehicle frames are processed by robotic welding to lock in stable, uniform welding quality. With fixed programmable welding trajectories and constant technical parameters, every weld joint features smooth, neat beads and consistent structural bearing capacity. Free from human error and fatigue interference, robotic welding delivers higher structural reliability for vehicle frames and reduces after-sales quality risks fundamentally.
